From December 11th, the Mumbai-based ferry company Samlink will commence operating low cost cruises out of Mumbai.

At the moment, it appears that the only available option is to take an offshore cruise in the "High Seas" west of Mumbai, though eventually the company plans to offer southbound services to Goa and onwards to Kochi.

At present, fares start at INR 2500 or EUR 44 per person.
