It's not immediately clear whether these are long-term special offers from Trenitalia or whether Prezzo Smart is a relatively recent, permanent low fare brand from the Italian railways operator.
Either way, there don't appear to be any campaign date restrictions on the following Prezzo Smart low fares and the Trenitalia website itself states:
